Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Firasat with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.66 of 2025, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Bevar, District- Mainpuri, during pendency of trial. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from the one case, the applicant has criminal history of nine more cases, out of which, in seven cases, he has already been enlarged on bail, in one case, he has not
