The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Shavesh Urf Savej with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.165 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/8 of Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Bariyarpur, District- Deoria, during pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He has committed no offence.
