This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Pragyadeep Sagarwal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.103 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Meerganj, District Jaunpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that mandatory provision of Sections 42 and 50 of N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied with.
