Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Chhotu Alias Mitil Kumar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.200 of 2025, under Section 74 B.N.S. and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Saifai, District Etawah, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He was prior familiar to the victim that is why he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that applicant has been assigned only catching hold the victim.
