The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Jitendra Alias Jeetu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.773 of 2024, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahr, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from two cases, the applicant has criminal history of 15 more cases explained in para-2 of the supplementary affidavit in which he has also been enlarged on bail.
