The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Akash Srivas with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.120 of 2025, under Sections 309 (4) and 317(2) B.N.S. and Section 9(1) A (i)/25 (2) Arms Act, Police Station Jariya, District Hamirpur, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. As per first information report, one mobile and Rs.5000/- are said to be looted by the applicant and another co-accused. Only Rs.4000/- was recovered from the possession of the applicant.
