The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Mangal Nona @ Mangal Lona with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime 173 of 2024 under Section 2(b)(1), 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti- Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station-Phoolpur, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive.
