The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Abdul Wahab with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.355 of 2025, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Kithore, District Meerut, during pendency of trial. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from two cases, the applicant has criminal history of four more cases explained in paras 13 and 14
