The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mohammad Ayyub with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.01 of 2025, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Bakhira, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from one case, the applicant has criminal history of one more case explained in bail application in which he has also been enlarged on bail.
