The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Rajbahadur Saroj with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.30 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11(1)d of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Tindwari, District Banda, during pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. his name came into light in the statement of co-accused Mohammad Arshad.
