This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Saurabh Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 39 of 2025, under Sections 69, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Nagarsarhalt, District Ghazipur. 4. The first information report of the present matter was lodged on 21.07.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that she and the applicant came in contact through social media. The applicant then proposed friendship with her which she refused but on insistence they became friends and started having a love affair.
