The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Sartaj with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.33 of 2025, under Sections 8/20, 29/60 of N.D.P.S.Act, Police Station Manth, District Mathura, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R.. He was not present on the spot and he has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused person who has been arrested on the spot. He further submitted that no any kind of contraband article was recovered from the possession of the applicant. He has criminal history of three cases which has been explained in para-22 of the bail application and is languishing in jail since 22.06
