This bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant- Gayasuddin, seeking release on bail in connection with Case Crime No. 021 of 2025, under Sections 65(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) B.N.S. & 5M/6 POCSO Act, registered at P.S. Kharkhauda, District Meerut. 4. Learned counsel for State points that as per his instructions apart from 02 cases mentioned in para 18 of the affidavit as his criminal history, the applicant is reported to be involved in 04 other cases which have not been disclosed and explained. He submits that the bail application be dismissed in view of the order/judgement of the Apex Court passed in the cases of Munnesh Vs. State of U.P.: SLP (Crl.) No. 1400 / 2025 and Kaushal Sin
