Court No. - 65 HON'BLE SANJAY KUMAR SINGH, J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State and perused the record. 2-The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 68 of 2024, under Sections 316, 504, 498A, 304B I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Khiri, District-Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 3-The brief facts of the case which are required to be stated are that the father of the deceased got a first information report lodged on 27.04.2024 against Akhilesh Shukl, Lalji Shukl, Rajesh Shukl, Pooja Shukl, who are husband, father-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in- law (jethani) of the deceased respectively as well as against the mother-in-law of the deceased stating inter-alia that on 29.05.2023, marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the
