Saleem Court No. - 65 HON'BLE SANJAY KUMAR SINGH, J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant. 2-The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 124 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85, 3(5) B.N.S. and Sections 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Bhojpur, District-Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 3-As per the prosecution case in brief, complainant Nasroo, who is brother of the deceased got a first information report lodged on 24.05.2025 against Zubair, Jafaryab (applicant), Smt. Bilkish, Aisha and Ronak who are husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-in- law and aunt-in-law of the deceased respectively stating inter-alia that the marriage of his sister was solemnized on 03.11.2024 with Zubair and in the said marr
