Court No. - 65 HON'BLE SANJAY KUMAR SINGH, J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State and perused the record. 2-By means of this bail application, applicant-Govind Ram who is involved in Case Crime No. 229 of 2024, under Sections 80(2), 85, 351(3) B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Jatahan Bazar, District Kushinagar seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. 3-As per the prosecution case in brief, complainant-Tapsee Ram who is brother of the deceased-Sona Devi got a first information report lodged on 27.11.2024 against Harilal Ram, Daulat Devi, Govind Ram, Sunita Devi, Sangeeta Kumari and Geeta Kumari, who are father-in- law, mother-in-law, husband and sisters-in-law of the deceased respectively stating inter-alia that the marriage of his two sisters, namely, Meena Devi and Sona Devi were solemnized with Kishore Ram and Govind Ram
