The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Pavan in Case Crime No. 115 of 2025, under Section 103 (1) and 61 (2) B.N.S. Police Station-Fatehpur Sikri, District-Agra, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 08.05.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Dharmendra, has already been enlarged on bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 24136 of 2025 vide order dated 28th August, 2025. Learned counsel for the applican
