The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Sushil Kumar Shukla with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.34 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) of B.N.S. and 66-D I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime Basti, District- Basti, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Accused applicant is languishing in jail since 01.08.2025. It is further submitted that the applicant is not the actual beneficiary of the fraud transaction.
