The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sonu Rajbhar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 427 of 2022, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Sarnath, District- Varanasi, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by this Court. Apart from the one case, the applicant has no criminal history. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang. He is languishing in jail since 21.10.2022 and in case he is enlarged on bail he
