This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Mahendra, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 729 of 2025, under Sections 69, 351(3) BNS, registered at Police Station Kotwali Lalitpur, District Lalitpur. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 26.06.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that previously the victim had lodged the FIR against the applicant on 16.10.2023 in which he was arrested and after being released on bail he came to her and apologized to her for his mistake and stated that he wants to marry her.
