The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Monti, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 3 of 2024 under Sections 323, 307, 302, 342 I.P.C., Police Station Khekra District Baghpat during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co-accused, Gaurav and Sarjeet have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.04.2024 and 08.05.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 10414 of 2024 and 22611 of 2024 respectively.
