The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Monti, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 3 of 2024 under Sections 323, 307, 302, 342 I.P.C., Police Station Khekra District Baghpat during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co-accused, Gaurav and Sarjeet have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.04.2024 and 08.05.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 10414 of 2024 and 22611 of 2024 respectively. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reason
