This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 180 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 238, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Servahi, District Kushi Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 14.06.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Badal Yadav has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.09.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 25756 of
