Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 76 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 103(1), 109(1), 117(2) of BNS, Police Station Kurhfatehgarh, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by four hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel has next stated that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons. It is true that one person has lost his life in the instant case and four persons have been injured but the role of firing has been assigned to other accus
