This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Atul, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 65 of 2025, under Sections 103, 115 (2), 352, 351 (2), 109, 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 324 (5), 326 (Chha), 3 (5), 333 BNS, Police Station- Baccharayun, District- J.P. Nagar (Amroha). 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent.
