This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Abhinesh, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 377 of 2025, under Sections 376, 504 & 506 I.P.C., Police Station Chauri Chaura, District Gorakhpur. 4. Learned counsel for State points that as per his instructions the applicant has criminal history of one case and as such the recital in paragraph 25 that the applicant has no criminal antecedent is false and incorrect. He submits that the bail application be dismissed in view of the order/judgement of the Apex Court passed in the cases of Munnesh Vs. State of U.P.: SLP (Crl.) No. 1400 / 2025 and Kaushal Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan : 2025 SCC OnLine SC 1473.
