The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Shadab with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 402 of 2024 under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster Act and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Syana, District Bulandshahr, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He next submitted that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in two cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the competent criminal courts.
