This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Mohit Tomar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 105 of 2024, under Section 376, 313, 493 IPC and Section 67A I.T. Act, Police Station Wave City, District Ghaziabad during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 01.06.2025. 4.
