It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Atul, Sunder Singh and Azad Singh have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 01.09.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 24860 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 21.02.2025, having no criminal history.
