Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 328 of 2023, under Sections 302 I.P.C., Police Station-Nawabad, District-Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is true that it is a double murder case but the applicant has been falsely implicated by the sister of the informant out of vengeance.
