Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.152 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S, Police Station Jhunsi, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken away the brother of the informant forcibly in his car, whereby he alongwith other co-accused persons had committed his murder on 21.04.2025 at about 8:30 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about eleven hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no eye-witness to the incident.
