This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Bhupendra Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 03 of 2025, under Section 103 (1) BNS and Section 4/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Paraur, District Shahjahanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 09.01.2025.
