As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant on 09.05.2023 at about 11:00 a.m. and had assaulted the father of the informant by a sharp edged weapon (Bisauli). The son of the informant Akash is stated to have seen the incident. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is 61 years old person and lives adjacent to the house of the informant. He has been falsely implicated in the present case.
