Heard Sri Arjun Singh Solanki, Sri Amit Kumar Muliya, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.307 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S. and 4/24 Arms Act, Police Station Ganjgundwara, District Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by more than two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. Even the informant, who has been examined as PW-1 during trial, has not supported the prosecution story. There is no likelihood of conviction of the applicant in the instant case. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that
