This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Nirbhay, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 64 of 2025, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 115 (2), 333, 351 (2), 103 (1), 3 (5) BNS, Police Station- Mundali, District- Meerut. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 10.07.2025. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Rajesh and Mukesh have already been enlarged on bail of by the Bench of this Court by orders dated 24.07.2025 and 18.08.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 22979 of 2025 and 27336 of 2025,
