This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant-Sharukh, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.93 of 2025, under Sections 87, 137(2), 64 BNS and 3/4 POCSO Act and 3(2)V SC/ST Act, PS. Jafrabad, district Jaunpur. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 4.5.2025 by Jitendra Kumar Gautam against the applicant alleging therein that his daughter aged about 17 years and 6 months has been lured and enticed away by Sharukh on 3.5.2025 at about 11 p.m. Sharukh lives in Pune.
