This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Kuldeep Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 0239 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 351 (3), 352, 109 (1), 115 (2), 324 (2), 103 (1) BNS, Police Station- Utrao, District- Prayagraj. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 25.11.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Ratan Singh @ Suneel Yadav
