This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Indra Kumar Chaudhari @ Indrajeet, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 654 of 2025, under Section 69 BNS, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Deoria. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 26.06.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that the applicant works in Kotak Mahendra Bank, Deoria. She and her mausi used to visit bank often and thus they came in contact with him. The applicant then started visiting the house of her mausi. In the meantime, he made a false promise to marry with her and took her out for roaming and established physical relationship with her many times.
