By means of this bail application, applicant Rizawan, who is involved in Case Crime No. 29 of 2025, under Sections 317(2), 317(4) BNS and Section 11(1)D, 11(1)F, 11(1)H Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, police station Fariha, district Firozabad, seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that on 18.03.2025, F.I.R. was lodged against five accused persons, namely, Bhedu @ Ulkam, Irfan, Imran, Rizawan (applicant) and Patanga @ Kulhad. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no independent/public witness of the alleged recovery of 02 buffaloes. No specific role has been assigned to the applicant.
