This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Chandan Verma, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 472 of 2025, under Sections 69, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 191(2) BNS, registered at Police Station Kotwali City, District Bijnor. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 31.05.2025 by the victim naming the applicant and three other persons along with 2-3 unknown persons as accused alleging therein that she met the applicant around five years back who entangled her in his love affair.
