This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Bholanath Nishad, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with S.T. No. 266 of 2025 (State Vs. Bholanath Nishad) arising out of Case Crime No. 177 of 2025, under Sections 64, 115(2), 351(2) BNS, registered at Police Station Mariahu, District Jaunpur. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 11.05.2025 by Karishma Nishad against the applicant alleging therein that her sister is mentally deranged. On 08.05.2025 she went out of the house without telling anyone. She was searched then found in the house of the applicant.
