This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Bhupendra, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 102 of 2024, under Sections 74, 64(1) BNS, registered at Police Station Rijor, District Etah. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 26.10.2024 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that on 24.10.2024 in the evening she was going to the field for easing herself wherein the applicant came from behind and caught hold of her and enraged her modesty. On her opposition, he pressed her mouth and neck. She has come to the police station along with her husband and a report be lodged. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant
