Learned counsel for the applicant submits, this is second bail application filed on behalf of applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed by this Court on merit vide order dated 17.04.2025 and he is pressing the instant second bail application on the ground that after rejection of first bail application of the applicant, the second bail application of co- accused Narayan Swaroop has been allowed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.09.2
