This is the fourth bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first one was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.12.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.19417 of 2017 and the second one was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.05.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.38664 of 2020. The third bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.04.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.3412
