Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as Shri Dharam Veer Singh, learned counsel for the informant and perused the material placed on record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Brijesh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 90 of 2025, under Sections 333, 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 118(1), 61(2), 3(5), 329(3) B.N.S. & under Section 12 of the Contempt of Court Act & 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station-Linepar, District-Firozabad during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that as per the F.I.R. the injured has not sustained injuries on the vital part of the body as the C.T. scan report shows that only a 'charra' was found on the body
