The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Brijesh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 90 of 2025, under Sections 333, 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 118(1), 61(2), 3(5), 329(3) B.N.S. & under Section 12 of the Contempt of Court Act & 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station-Linepar, District-Firozabad during pendency of trial. 3.
