The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Manjeet, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 357 of 2025, under Sections 109 B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Bhogaon, District Mainpuri, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that when the police fired upon the accused-applicant, then his right leg got injured and no injury has been caused to any police personnel. He further submits that regarding the incident and alleged recovery, there is no independent and eye witness. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.
