The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Shahzad Ahmad with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 566 of 2025, under Sections 85, 318(4), 338, 336(3), 205 B.N.S. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Baradari, District- Bareilly, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant- Shahzad Ahmad and informant Smt. Ikra are husband and wife. Both have got married on 18.12.2024. It has been stated in FIR that applicant had personified himself as a police personnel, whereas he is not a police personnel that is why the informant has lodged the present FIR against the applicant.
