This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Firasim, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 168 of 2025, under Sections 8 and 20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Police Station Saidnagli, District Amroha. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that 78 kg. contraband substance ganja is said to be recovered from the possession of the applicant, but no reliable and independent eye witness has been examined regarding the alleged recovery.
