Applicant has again approached this Court for bail in Case Crime No.837 of 2019 under Sections 307, 302, 120B, 34 I.P.C., Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Shahjahanpur. I have perused the status report and since the prosecution witnesses have already examined and trial is at the stage to record the defence witnesses, therefore, at this stage, no case is made out to grant bail, even after taking note of testimony of Investigating Officer since any observation of this Court in regard to nature of evidence would adversely affect either of the parties, therefore, while rejecting the prayer of applicant to grant bail, this application is disposed of that Trial Court will take all endeavour to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of 4 m
