The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Shivkumar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.159 of 2025, under Section 5/25 Arms Act, Police Station Samsabad, District- Farrukhabad, during pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case by the police personnel. Accused applicant is languishing in jail since 31.7.2025. It is submitted that no reliable and independent witness has been examined during the course of investigation and false recovery has been shown from the possession of the applicant by the police personnel.
