The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Riyasat with a prayer to release him on bail in Sessions Trial No.756 of 2010, arising out of Case Crime No.18 of 2003, under Sections 382 and 411 IPC and Section 2/3 U. P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Aligarh, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned in the year 2003. It is further argued that gangster case was transferred from district Agra to district Aligarh. That information was not received by him due to which he did not appear before the trial
